Japanese SIngle Malt--Anyone tried it?
I agree with Sku. The LCBO (Liquor Board of Ontario) just got the Yamazaki 12 and 18. Tried the 12 and quite liked it. We also have the Yoichi 10 year old, which is wonderful. http://www.whiskymag.com/whisky/brand/yoichi... (4 replies, last updated by Pantz March 31, 2008)

Linked below is Yuzu’s website, all in Japanese. One of the links has a menu of cooked food/small dishes. What is mighty interesting is that I just dug this link out, went to it, and it looks like Chef Yoichi Arima started... (8 replies, last updated by Yuko April 10, 2006)

Daikokuya fading?
i have a love/hate relationship with daikokuya and it doesn’t surprise me that they might have some off-nights with the broth. if yoichi (the tatooed guy) is gone, it might explain a change in quality, since he was the... (29 replies, last updated by AquaW November 28, 2007)
