Central Texas Bar-B-Q, it’s on the main street in Castroville. Good 'Q, kind of a funky ambiance and the proprietor is a clone of Willie Nelson.

Try the Central Texas B-B-Q. I think it is on the main drag in Castroville. If not there, try Watsonville. Good brisket. It run by a guy who is a ringer for Willie Nelson.
