Does anyone have any information or experience regarding the Waring Pro “Professional Quality” Food Slicer? It appears sturdy and well made with no plastic parts. Any advice? Thanks. (8 replies, last updated by embee March 24, 2009)

waring pro deep fryer?
I love my Waring Pro deep fryer. And, by the way, it IS better than the cheaper fryers from other manufacturers. The wattage is higher (1800 watts) and the Waring fryer heats to temp faster than the others. It’s a great... (8 replies, last updated by John September 27, 2005)

Waring Pro or Cadco Convection oven?
Waring Pro has been fine for me. I use it instead of the range oven for small to normal fare. It will come up to 500 F in a few minutes, and I like the manual controls, although the settings are difficult to read in dim light. The... (12 replies, last updated by bugmenot April 23, 2009)

Electric slicer: "Chef's Choice #610", vs "Waring Pro FS150". Can't decide. Any Happy Slicers who own either?
Been comparing the specs on the Chef’s Choice #610, ($99) compared to the Waring Pro for about the same price. I’m leaning toward the Chef’s Choice. Chef’s Choice: I like the versatility of 2 blades: It... (0 replies, last updated by FoodFuser December 5, 2006)

Best Blender and/or Toaster Oven?
There was a long blender thread a while back. If you can afford it, a VitaMix is great. Waring Pro is a great option in my opinion also. (3 replies, last updated by mcspliff April 28, 2006)

counter-top deep fryers
I like my Waring Pro. It allows you to get up to 375F, instead of the 360F max on some others. Large capacity, easy to clean. (6 replies, last updated by schifrin December 15, 2004)
