Toronado on Lower Haight always has it and they always have the fancy glasses to serve it in.

I really like the Toronado, beer afficionados seem to be really into it, they have a ton of beers on tap and bar snacks, maybe you could move on from there for dinner in the area at linkery, urban solace, ritual tavern, jaynes...

, but are widely recognized as stellar. You can usually find a few of them on the list at Toronado in the Lower Haight, if Santa Rosa is too far to go to try a beer. :-)
