In Toms River I would recommend Basil T’s on Hooper Rd. next to the mall. Standard american/italian fare and very decent pricing. Good quality food in a comfortable environment. Good Luck.

I passed by this evening and saw that River Market restaurant on 67 main street (rt166) is now open for dinner. It really looks nice inside candles,white table cloths etc, etc ...its on my list for sure as I always enjoyed lunch...

is the best of the lot in my opinion. The atmosphere is nice. Early evening brings in families. Based on what I know about the Toms River area (lack of non-chain places) I would say Basil T’s will be successful.
