The Happy Gnome has it on tap. I’ve always bought it at Bacchus Wine and Spirits in Shoreview Mall.

Try the private rooms at the Happy Gnome or Sweeneys in St. Paul. They have full bar service, although I think if you want food, you have to order that separately and it isn’t required.
