Is Soy Lecithin Bad for You?

And what is it, anyway?

Any place I might get just a little soy lecithin (I want to make some airs and foams for summer tails). I say a little because I fear some of the tim it might be sold at industry-scale wholesalers, as in for factory production....

Haven’t I seen liquid lecithin at the Oregon St. Bowl in the refrigerator in the bulk section along with the fresh noodles, almond paste, and flax-seed oil?

I can buy it online but shipping costs as much as the product. Has anyone seen this for sale at a retailer here in town? I’ve already checked at Surfas.
