I would agree that the Pumking was one of the best pumpkin ales I tried this year. I think Southern Tier is an up and comer and have enjoyed their Uber Sun and Hoppe recently, as well, even though I know you didn’t.

Weyerbacher makes a fantastic spiced pumpkin brew, but my fav. is Southern Tier's Imperial Pumpking. It has a distinctive hazelnut and spice flavor in addition to the pumpkin!
