Any good recipes for this tin of smoked paprika I could not resist buying today?

Just got a bottle and love it, used on Chicken and Talipia. For the Talipia I made a rub of 1/4 onion powder, garlic powder, chipolte powder, 1/2 pepper, salt and 2tsp smoked paprika.

Anyone aware of a local Portland source for smoked paprika? I’ve tried Zupans, New Seasons, Wild Oats and the other grocery chains to no avail. Surpisingly, Oregon Spice Company does not have it either.

Local favorite McCormick Spice makes a good smoked paprika as part of their Gourmet Collection Spice line. I can get it at my local Safeway and I’m sure it’s in most of the large supermarkets.
