Are you looking for slushy drinks or booze-flavored ice cream? I’ve never used my machine to make drinks with, but I love flavoring sorbets with tequila and campari. I bet pernod or absinthe would be good too.

Howard, My suggestion is to mix it with Vodka creating a "Mule-shoe slushie". The combined effects could be remarkable.
