I have some spanish style chorizo that I need to slice very thinly. Ideally a meat slicer would be great, but will a V slicer suffice? If so I’ll dig it out of wherever it’s hiding.

What could be smaller than the slicer listed above? It does not have feet. It does not have a box to catch the slices. It is about as compact and efficient as you can get.
