Passage to India - Bethesda
rich, deeply flavored, and yet still vibrant. Roasted eggplant and onions was smokey and compelling. Nan was warm and toasty. Don’t forget the two sleepers on the back page of the menu...the Pickle Plate and Spice Plate...
