Skinned chicken?
I have a fricassee recipe that calls for "3 lbs. chicken pieces, skinned." I would think that "skinned" means I should remove the skin (like “pitted” means to remove the pits), but if read another way, it could mean... (4 replies, last updated by bamgordon March 24, 2009)
