Check out the Union Square farmer’s market. There are a lot of shepherds with booths there. Most sell cheese and lamb chops but they might be able to tell you where to buy milk, even if they don’t sell it themselves....

You can get sheep's milk yogurt at Whole Foods...also goat and water buffalo! You may want to call specific locations to make sure they have it, though.
