The only places I know for decent blutwurst are Schaller & Weber and Zabar’s (which sells the Schaller & Weber brand). The German deli in Grand Central Market also sells one type of Hungarian sausage.

Try Schaller and Weber on the upper east side, they are known for their sausages.

Schaller & Weber and the German store at the Grand Central Market both stock brands imported from Germany. You can occasionally find the same at markets like Pioneer and Zeytuna.
