Green’s babka, which is sold at Zabar’s and Russ & Daughters. Best I’ve ever had—very chocolatey.

Economy Candy, Russ & Daughters, and Sahadi (in Brooklyn) all sell fresh halvah.

The Roland is OK. You get better quality at Russ & Daughters, though.
