Dont know where you are located, but I bought a box of junket last weekend at the Seabras supermarket in Newark, NJ. Eagle Provisions in Brooklyn also may carry it. Places that offer cheesemaking supplies may also sell rennet.

it is very likely animal rennet. You may want to ask this on the kosher board where you will probably be told to buy kosher cheese to ensure no animal rennet. Maybe check that the vegetarian doesn’t mind this problem.
