The Cheeseboard’s sharp domestic is the closest I’ve found, but nothing else approaches my memories of Rocco’s hoagies with sharp provolone. Is there any here?

The Food Emporium, at the 59th St. Bridge, has an olive bar with the most delicious large green olives stuffed with provolone. Great with tails. Does anyone know of another store in NYC that sells them?
