That’s actually 2nd and Market. Umbria, Silks, and Kyo-Ya are nearby as are the Belden Place restaurant row (B44, Plouf, etc.) and branches of Osha Thai and Henry’s Hunan.

How about one of the restaurants on Belden Place? B44, Cafe Tiramisu, Plouf, or Belden Taverna might be good options. You could also try Salt House on Mission.

I always see people post about B44 and Plouf and the ever rotating restaurant of the week at the corner, has anyone tried Cafe 52? I usually just do a walk through, but am interested and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts....

My husband and I are planning on being in San Francisco for a weekend in February for our anniversary. In looking at restaurant reviews, etc. I came across Zare' and Plouf. They both sounded great. Any thoughts would be helpful....

Plouf. Look around, you’ll see most people are eating moules frites.

Plouf is your best bet. Downtown, in Belden Alley, between Bush/Pine.

Belden Place is a block long “restaurant row” that is no more than 2 blocks from the Triton Hotel. At least 5 worthwhile restaurants are located there: Sam’s Grill – Traditional, old-school seafood house...

I’ve only tried Plouf and Cafe Bastille. Loved Plouf, have been back twice. Cafe Bastille...all I have to say is, there’s a reason why it’s more empty than the rest...

bistro" Plouf on Belden Place is a fun french bistro and Cafe Claude on Claude Lane is also good.

Are you wanting the $50 – 75 to cover the whole thing? I think ISA might be a good pick. Or maybe Plouf? Good food, hip, romantic and under $75 is asking a lot...
