obento-ya sometimes has ramen soup as a special. their specials are really good. they have recently expanded their izakaya-style menu again.

You dont saw what date (or day of the week) you are looking for, but maybe try giving Obento-Ya a call. I think their food is both delicious and well-priced (and the menu is bigger than the last time i was there).
