    Low-fat cheese recommendations

    I like the Alpine Lace swiss, muenster, and provolone. They have decent flavor and texture. Laughing Cow low-fat is also a good spreadable cheese (comes in regular, which is kind of a neuchatel, onion, and garlic-herb flavors).

    Apple, red onion, and muenster is a particular favorite. I like mustard on mine. Bacon, blue cheese and pear is another I’m fond of. A peppery green like watercress or arugula works well on them as well.
