Actually Mesquite is closer to Villa Maria. Near the corner of NDG and Decarie; one long (downhill) block south of Villa Maria.

Whoops, I should clarify that Mesquite isn’t quite downtown Montreal – it’s in NDG, about 10-15 minutes from downtown by car. Missed that, sorry!
