If price is not an obstacle, I recommend Charleston Grill at the Charleston Place Hotel. Very high touch with great food. Circa 1886 is similar in price, service, and quality of food, but may be too quiet for a girls' night out....

Have been twice in the past year. Favorite place to stay was the Rutledge House http://www.johnrutledgehouseinn.com/ and we had wonderful meals at Oak Steak House, Magnolias and McCrady's.
