Not exactly what you’re asking for, but you might try Persian ice cream such as Mashti Malone's or Rose on Westwood Blvd. It tends to have a stretchy texture, and orange blossom is one of the standard flavors.

Mashti Malone's ginger rosewater is my favorite. There are two Mashti's, on in Hollywood and one in glandale. Whole Foods also sells it in the Ice Cream freezer.
