Try Patois in Carroll Garden (255 Smith St., between DeGraw & Douglas Streets – take the F train to Carroll Street stop). It is a GREAT French bistro; wonderful food, great atmosphere, a nice (and not terribly marked-up)...

i think naidre’s in carroll gardens (hmm. and park slope) makes a breakfast burrito. i’ve never ordered one, so i can’t speak for the quality or authenticity. my guess is that it falls below on both marks.
