Went to Bui’s (old Mai Village local) on University for Dim Sum on Sunday. Delicious! And reasonable. They serve dim sum on Saturday and Sundays from 10-2:30. Also, the decor is great...they completely over hauled the place...

Village compared to Bellaire. Unfortunately, I don’t have any personal experience to share as I’m hardly ever in that part of town. Mai's, Pho Nga, and Van Loc have all been suggested pretty frequently in Midtown.
