Does anyone know when the lunchbox laboratory is opening on 15th Avenue NW? I am anxiously awaiting.

Lunchbox Laboratory may be serving the best burger in the country- food that wouldn’t be out of place at any number of joints where the burger is the cheap option at $25+.

We have not tried the falafel burger at Lunchbox Laboratory yet, but look forward to it.

i wonder how he would rate LUnchbox Laboratory (Seattle)....

but not great (when I wasn’t in charge of choosing the restaurant). I wasn’t able to get to Matt’s in the Market, Lunchbox Laboratory, or Zig Zag, but hopefully next time!

How about Lunchbox Laboratory or a number of great little Pho places. I can’t remember if Fu Man Dumpling House offers liquor or not, but its tasty! Good luck and happy dining!
