Front down on Front Street by Dumbo. Great date place. If they live on the South end, take a short walk to Lunetta on Smith St.

I like Cafe LuLuc on Smith - french bistro. Savoia has a great brunch special. Also on Smith.

I’m a huge fan of the pancakes at Cafe LuLuc on Smith St. Buttery, crispy edges, delicious.

Bar Tabac on Smith. You can also try the Atlantic ChipShop. I have only been to the one in Park Slope. The fries were pretty good if I recall. Haven’t tried the Atlantic Ave. one yet though.
