We have gone by La Divina on Maple Street several times lately and the sign on the door says, “visit us on Magazine”. I guess they closed up shop. The gelato was ok. It was convenient if anything.

La Cabanita has an excellant track record for providing very good meals at very reasonable rates. Nice place to eat when strolling around Montrose. Try the margaritas and post your opinion.

Too late for the OP, but Divina Cucina on Verdugo between Honolulu and Broadview is one of my favourite Italian restaurants. Also, down just a little further on Verdugo is La Cabañita, fantastic Mexican place.
