Alternative to isinglass?
Just picked up some funky pudding molds today and they came with a recipe book that calls for isinglass. What is a more common alternative to isinglass? I was thinking pectin but can someone confirm? Thanks! (2 replies, last updated by maria lorraine April 2, 2007)
