Too late now to help the OP, but Grendel’s Den serves hot drinks in Harvard Sq. Mulled wine, mulled cider, etc. River Gods in Central does hot port and hot toddy. Both are pretty tasty.

Last year the bar at the Ritz Carlton had a menu of hot, mostly apple-cider based drinks. They weren’t cheap, but they were tasty! Also, I believe that the White Dog has a menu of similarly warm and tasty drinks.
