It is Tahini Halva with Pistachios. Halva (helva) is a nougat-like sweet made out of ground sesame seeds and sugar/honey. You would eat it like a nougat (with coffee, etc.) or ma up to use in other confections. (3 replies, last updated by Infomaniac September 22, 2009)
