it is not. I said quasi-lambic because it’s not a lambic, but the fruit flavors they use make a beer that is somewhat reminiscent of the sweet lambics like Lindemans.

I had a bottle of Lindemans Peche Lambic last night at Kawa Espresso Bar (and what a scene it is there at night- convivial!); did not notice if the had framboise but it’s worth asking if the do and where they source it.
