I know I’m going to catch some flack for this but here goes... The Market Gourmet in Venice usually carries frozen tail sized latkes that can be toasted and served. They taste great and crisp up beautifully in the oven....

.). I also recently tried a great gin tail at Blue. I believe one of the bartenders came up with it; I think she said she infuses the gin with rose petals and cucumbers, and then garnishes it with a slice of frozen cucumber....

or watermelon margaritas, but would prefer to avoid excessively complicated drinks that require multiple ingredients and/or a blender (unless it’s a really good frozen tail). I have grenadine, triple sec and a small amount...
