I’d go for the Potato-crusted Seabass w/ Broccoli puree, I have it every time and the Chocolate Gaufrette is amazing...the chef uses fleur de sel in the dessert and that is what puts it over the top. Enjoy! (5 replies, last updated by PZ August 20, 2004)
