'cesca, l'impero, et alii
The Big Anniversary is coming up in a few weeks. Italian food is a given. We’re waffling among 'Cesca, L'Impero, Della Rovere, Il Mulino and Arqua (and are open to further confusing suggestions!). Any opinions? We’ll... (1 reply, last updated by caz July 24, 2005)

Cuisine et Dépendence report
Cuisine et Dépendence opened about three years ago, the brainchild of Danielle Matte (the original owner of the much missed Club des Pins) and chef Jean-Paul Giroux. The L-shaped dining space is clean-lined and contemporary, with... (3 replies, last updated by CocoBean June 2, 2009)

Paris - Huitres et Enfants
There are many good seafood places in Paris. Years ago, I had a great lunch at Le Bar a Huitres which was on Rue St. Jacques at Cluny. L'Arbuci is another in the 6th.. or La Mediteranee. (10 replies, last updated by Fuffy July 31, 2007)

Anyone been to L'HUITRE ET DEMI in Paris?
I am all about fresh fish and seafood. Has anyone been to L'HUITRE ET DEMI in Paris? Also, what are your favorite bistros, etc., when you are having your SEAFOOD FIX in Paris. LOVE oysters, etc. (Not as interested in sushi.)... (1 reply, last updated by Elaine (Snutteplutten) February 8, 2005)

Thanksgiving Dinner: Taillevent, et al.
as “classic” as I might wish. And yes, perhaps a too-calculated tone to the occasion. We haven’t felt the same over-scripted quality at some of our other faves: L'Archestrate (long ago) or Hiramatsu or Le Grand... (1 reply, last updated by ChefJune November 14, 2006)

better weekday lunch option, Chasse et Peche or Chez L'Epicier?
Both are good options. Chez l'Épicier is a little cheaper, but I prefer Club Chasse et Pêche because they have a terrace that’s open for lunch in the historic garden of the Château Ramezay. (2 replies, last updated by tombombadillo May 26, 2009)
