I think its a great idea and not much on I think in this genre except maybe Dave Lieberman and of course $40. My question is can you get your own demographic to watch it?

Dave Lieberman has a fantastic apricot chicken recipe. It si basically 2 whole cut up chickens coated in apricot preserves, garlic, olive oil, prunes, and sage.... Google it you will find it-Fantastic!
