Crustacean's garlic noodle recipe...anybody know it?

The Dallas Observer had a news item a few weeks ago about two new Deep Ellum soul food restaurants run by New Orleans chefs. One is Crustaceans. The other is Daza. Anybody been?

Hi...just seeing if anyone has any idea how they make there Roast Crab or Garlic Noodle. Saw some of the older threads, but they were from 2002, so i figure if anyone came closer to replicating it.
