How to replace margarine and schmaltz?
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen Canola Oil as Kosher for passover. I think I have only seen Cottonseed and sometimes peanut oil. I make kugels during the year with oil, so I’m sure oil will be just fine. (3 replies, last updated by baruch April 7, 2003)
