Best all-purpose dark rum?
But the El Dorado 15 is too hard to find to mix (at least in our area)! And too good. Personally, I would buy two bottles- Coruba for mixing and the El Dorado or Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva for sipping. (14 replies, last updated by scubadoo97 September 11, 2009)

a good strong rummy flavor, rather than Myers which is a bit too sweet and molassesey I prefer Coruba which is a great dark rum. A bit much to sip on it’s own, but great. There are lots of small batch rums coming out these... (54 replies, last updated by Capn Jimbo July 1, 2008)
