My favorite milk chocolate fix is Rapunzel, which is a swiss organic brand. I don’t think it’s anything particularly fancy. It has a wee bit of hazelnut in it, I think. I also really like Chocolove.

I’m prone to ragging on Whole Foods, but I must differ on their chocolate section: really, Dagoba is quite good, and that Chocolove isn’t too bad. They also have some dark El Rey and Valrhona in “bulk”...

My go to chocolate bars now (eating, not baking) are Green & Black, Chocolove and Dagoba. I just got a gift of Godiva truffles and have to admit I consider that the “low end” of chocolate I prefer to consume.
