I hope Central Queens is close enough: Chikurin in Rego park is good cheap Sushi. Salmon (sushi, sashimi, rolls) is their strength. For better sushi..not cheap..but affordible..try Micky’s Place (Rego Park.) (1 reply, last updated by Jayask July 24, 2002)

Been there a few times. Its a good deal, and the sushi is decent. They even have steak (use the term loosely) that u grill yerself for $5. An alternate is Chikurin in rego park, with $1 per peice sushi or sashimi, and $2.50 rolls. (2 replies, last updated by martin October 3, 2003)
