I’ve got about 2/3 of a cup of evaporated milk left over, and I’m trying to be less wasteful when this happens while I’m cooking. Any ideas on something fun to do with it?

Condensed milk has lots and lots of sugar in it. evaporated milk is like milk concentrate.

I hate to admit I don’t know this but I’m not much of a baker and needed condensed milk for a pie and saw evaporated on the same shelf...is it essentially the same?
