I just picked up some candy caps at our farmer’s market and now I’m wondering what to do with them. I’d prefer not to use them in dessert though. What savory recipes do you use them with? Thanks!

curious what this would be like. I love their, er, more dank fungi, but I’ve never tried candy caps or anything in the sweet vein. Has anybody tried this?
