Good BYO's in Center City are plenty. Caffe Casta Diva comes to mind. Matyson too. Branzino too.

Check out Chuch on St-Denis listed on Apportezvotrevin.com. Never tried it but it is incredible that this city doesn’t have more BYO vegetarian restaurants!?
