Had a wonderful meal at Bistro Daisy last night (on Magazine Street). Nice ambiance, a lively crowd, professional service, and most importantly, great sweetbreads. Not bad for a restaurant open 4 weeks.

I really like Bistro Daisy (try the Daisy Salad) but you will do very well at Coquette as well. They are fairly equal IMHO. I really like Lilette as well as Brigtsens
