Best milkshake in SF?
Where can I get the best milkshake in San Francisco? Foo-foo fancy (Bi-Rite Creamery), old-school (Mitchell’s), or chain (Baskin-Robbins), it doesn’t matter. My test: Chocolate, with and without malt. Thanks in advance!

Salty Caramel Ice Cream

Francisco, I recommend Bi-Rite creamery, where they have the sandwiches made w/ awesome chocolate cookies – they make them w/ mint ice cream and coffee ice cream. They are in the freezer on the left as you enter. Dave Mp
