Mandoline or v-slicer recommendation
't get great reviews on Amazon. So now I’m looking at either the Swissmar Borner or a Benriner (it seems like the Benriner gets mentioned quite a bit on this site). Does anyone have any input on either of these? (20 replies, last updated by bgazindad June 29, 2009)

Taro chips
Making them yourself is easy. All you need is a vegetable peeler, Benriner (or other decent mandoline), and some vegetable oil. While you’re at it fry some lotus root. (3 replies, last updated by k. gerstenberger January 26, 2003)

Where to buy a Kyocera slicer/mandoline in Montreal?
