Staying by Oakland Airport - any decent restaurants close?
The Berkeley branch tends to fill up and it’s noisy. Plus the Piedmont branch is closer to the freeway and it’s usually easier to park. There’s also Barlata.

I would recommend Commis in Oakland on Piedmont avenue in the old Jojo space next to Bay Wolf (you need to know htis as there is no signage). If you are by yourself sit at the bar.
