Anyone been to Il Mulino recently?
don’t think. The atmosphere was quite different to me, noisier. Service was fine but all in all we won’t be going back. So sorry too as il Mulino was our favorite place for special celebrations. (1 reply, last updated by g.m. November 23, 2009)

Best Italian - Il Mulino or Luce?
Need help to choose between Il mulino or Luce for a special Italian dinner. Though 4 stars (Toronto Life),but find Via Allegro dissappointing. Also tried Mistura and Coppi, but find both so-so. (1 reply, last updated by carina November 30, 2004)

Refined Italian fare in Toronto?
You might want to try Il Mulino (more innovative) or Coppi (more traditional) for upscale restaurants serving quality Italian cuisine. My meal at Il Mulino was the most refined Italian meal I can remember having in Toronto. Zucca... (5 replies, last updated by grilledcheese April 17, 2008)

Foie Gras
I had a very good one at Il Mulino on Eglinton last month. They do it seared on a puff pastry cup with grappa-poached juniper berries and pear. Very good balance of acid and fat. (6 replies, last updated by exquisite March 17, 2008)

Best Italian?
Il mulino! Food still consistently good after all these years. Approach is a bit more modern rather than rustic. (22 replies, last updated by sugarcube October 15, 2008)
